Feeling Peachy

Surprisingly I'm feeling quite relaxed and pain free, when I expected to feel sore and grumpy. You see, it was only yesterday that I completed a 3+ mile run that I usual do a few times a week and had neglected for the past week or so, and therefore I assumed that the first day getting back into the groove would cause me physical anguish. I guess my body is already accustomed to the torture I put it through weekly. And no, I'm not much of a health fanatic, although the habitual running and vegetarian diet may suggest it. I tend to eat my fair share of junk, french fries being my most favorite splurge in the world. Oh and cookies!! How I adore cookies! Mmmmm and ice cream, oh cookies and ice cream, DIDDY RIESE! Yup my insatiable sweet tooth has already reared its ugly head, and all while my blog is still a fledgling. Tsk tsk. haha. But I assure you I know how to cook lots of healthy things, low sodium, low fat, low everything bad for you. Most of my recipes were spawned from my own culinary improvisation, and although it sounds impossible, my dad has supplied me with an impressive repertoire of vegetarian Filipino food. Yea sounds crazy when most cuisine from the PI almost religiously consists of meat and rice. I'd love to post a recipe so that you can try them out, but unfortunately I cook by taste and smell. I never measure anything, and neither does my dad. Luckily I'm a visual learner and just know how things are supposed to taste and how to get it to that point, otherwise my dad would never be able to pass anything on to me. Speaking of food, I'm starved, time to go cook myself some potato and veggie coconut curry, mmm spicy.

Oops almost forgot, because I felt so good today, I decided to dress super girly. This dress is quite lovely, light and airy. And I'm a sucker for a good floral print. Well that's my two cents about this outfit. Time to eat!
