So it's best that we make our own weather. Today will be sunny. This was taken a while back, and at the time I wasn't up to writing about it. And up until now I had no reason to go back to the archives and resurrect it. I guess I was saving it for a rainy day. I have no problems with rain, I love rain. In fact I love it so much, once when I was in high school on a particular rainy day, part of the quad was flooded and there was a bunch of yellow tape reminding us students to avoid our newly manifested lake. Annoyed with the crowded bustle of the herd of my peers under the shaded walkways I decided to forge the river. And although I was knee deep in water I was able to safely cross, without losing all my supplies or drowning in the river which is what usually happens when you attempt such a feat on the old school, school computer game, The Oregon Trail. But I did end up with super squishy converse the rest of the day, and made a little trail of puddles everywhere I went. In fact I ruined a good pair of black chucks because of it (let it stay wet for two days and got all terrible). Now a days I'm better equipped, running in puddles with my whale wellies. I also get sick more often than I should because of this unhealthy infatuation with falling water and so it's best that it hasn't been raining all day for the past few days. The sun makes it's appearance every afternoon. Well now, after that very long derailment of thought I shall say a few words about the outfit. A summery dress, floppy hat and wedges, the uniform of summer.

striped dress - forever21
floppy hat - forever21
orange wedges - UO
The weather looks pretty. And you blend into the water, such a natural and pretty look x
